Description
Few images in Mexican visual culture are as instantly recognizable as the El Músico card — card No. 32 in the classic Lotería deck. The dapper guitarist in his yellow straw hat, bold checkered trousers, and striped blazer has graced family game nights and kitchen tables for generations, becoming one of the most beloved symbols of Mexican folk tradition and latinx identity.
This canvas wall art brings that iconic imagery to life at gallery scale. The flat, graphic color palette — sky blue background, golden guitar body, vivid patterned pants — translates beautifully onto premium gallery-wrapped canvas printed with archival inks, keeping every line sharp and every hue vibrant for years without fading. A clean white border echoes the card's original framing, giving the piece a polished, ready-to-hang finish.
El Músico resonates across generations: it speaks to music lovers, Lotería collectors, fans of Mexican folk art, and anyone who wants culturally rich, conversation-starting décor on their walls. Hang it in a music room, dining space, living room gallery wall, or home studio — the bold retro aesthetic works beautifully in both modern and traditional interiors. Available in multiple sizes to fit your space. Add some cultura to your walls today.

Canvas Size Guide
Choosing the right size makes all the difference. Here's the breakdown — find the canvas that fits your wall and your vibe.
| Size | Price | Best For | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
| 8" × 10" | $49.99 | Desks, shelves, small nooks | Compact statement piece. Perfect for gallery walls or tight spaces where you still want impact. |
| 12" × 18" | $59.99 | Bedrooms, offices, hallways | The sweet spot for accent art. Big enough to notice, small enough to fit anywhere. |
| 18" × 24" | $109.99 | Home offices, bedrooms | Our most popular mid-size. Commands attention without taking over the room. |
| 24" × 36" | $149.99 | Living rooms, dining rooms | The crowd favorite. This is the size that stops people mid-sentence when they walk in. |
| 32" × 48" | $229.99 | Feature walls, large living spaces | Gallery-scale presence. For the wall that deserves to be the centerpiece of the room. |
How to Choose the Right Size
- Measure your wall first. Your canvas should fill about 60–75% of the available wall space above furniture.
- Consider what's below it. Above a sofa or bed? Go 24×36 or 32×48. Above a desk or console? 18×24 or smaller.
- Living room or main space? Start at 24" × 36" — anything smaller can get lost.
- Office or bedroom? 18" × 24" is the go-to. Big enough to set the mood without overwhelming the space.
- Small accent or gallery wall? 8" × 10" and 12" × 18" pieces work great in clusters or tight spots.
- When in doubt, go bigger. A canvas that's too small for the wall always looks off. Bigger almost always looks better.
