When will my order arrive?
Every canvas is printed and made to order. US orders arrive in 4–8 business days from the day you order, and you'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every US order.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You can cancel or amend your order free of charge within 24 hours of purchase.
What is your return policy?
Because every piece is printed on demand and made custom to order, we don't hold inventory and can't accept returns or swap one piece for another. We can't offer refunds, credits or replacements except when a piece arrives damaged.
What if my canvas arrives damaged?
Send a photo of the damage to our Customer Care team at shopcanvasdistrict@gmail.com or through our contact form, and we'll produce and send a replacement at no charge.
