1. Please allow 5-12 business days for US Shipping, up to 15 business days for Canada. Worldwide shipping is approximately 16-18 days for your order to arrive as we are a print on demand company and it takes time for us to produce awesome custom products for you! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY Canvas District is excited to be partnering with a third party to service our international customers! You will be able to see international shipping rates once you chose your country at checkout and all duties and taxes will be paid in full at checkout. Upon completion of your order, we will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy! You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. We are proud to provide the largest online selection of art designed to motivate and inspire you every day. Due to the diversity and size of our offering, we do not pre-print or inventory any stock, so every piece is printed-on-demand and made custom to order. Since we do not warehouse or hold inventory, we are unable to accept returns and swap out one piece of art for another, so we cannot provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage prior to the product arriving with our valued customer. In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit is sent to our Customer Care team, and will produce and send a replacement at no charge.

We are the Industry-Recognized standard for High-Quality Canvas Art. We use UL ECOLOGO & UL GREENGUARD GOLD certified 1 Water-based HP latex inks. They are an acid free, archival quality giclee print process.

We use eco-friendly MDF composite wood frames. They are 100% real pine for large size canvases and finger reinforced.
