Description
La Palma — card number 51 — is one of the most serene and recognizable images in the Lotería deck, and this canvas print captures its timeless folk-art energy with dreamy precision. The solitary palm tree rises against a soft pastel sky of baby blue and blush pink, its fronds rendered in deep greens and warm golds, framed by the classic black border that generations of Mexican families have gathered around.
Lotería has been a cornerstone of Mexican cultural life since the 18th century, and its bold graphic cards have influenced everything from Chicano street art to contemporary home décor. La Palma in particular carries a breezy, nostalgic warmth — part tropical escape, part abuela's kitchen table — making it a natural fit for living rooms, dining spaces, home offices, or any gallery wall that needs a shot of cultura and color.
Printed on premium gallery-wrapped canvas using archival inks, this piece delivers vivid, fade-resistant color and arrives ready to hang. Whether you're building a full Lotería series or letting La Palma stand alone as a statement piece, it brings an authentic slice of Mexican folk tradition into any modern space.
Available in multiple sizes to suit any wall.

Choosing the right size makes all the difference. Sizes are written width × height: a 12" W × 18" H canvas hangs vertically, and an 18" W × 12" H canvas hangs horizontally. Each product page lists the exact sizes available for that piece.

Other sizes on select designs
Some pieces are made in other proportions to fit the artwork. You'll only see these sizes on the product pages that offer them.
- Square: 12" × 12" ($49.99), 16" × 16" ($89.99), 24" × 24" ($129.99)
- Large 4:5: 32" × 40" ($229.99)
- Panorama: 48" × 24" ($229.99)
- Small: 8" × 10" and 11" × 14" ($49.99)
How to choose the right size
- Measure your wall first. Your canvas should fill about 60–75% of the available wall space above furniture.
- Consider what's below it. Above a sofa or bed? Go 24 × 36 or 32 × 48. Above a desk or console? 18 × 24 or smaller.
- Living room or main space? Start at 24" × 36". Anything smaller can get lost.
- Office or bedroom? 18" × 24" is big enough to set the mood without overwhelming the space.
- Small accent or gallery wall? 12" × 18" pieces work great in clusters or tight spots.
- When in doubt, go bigger. A canvas that's too small for the wall always looks off.
